@aliaskidsean @famdp3 @TalkTalk I would encourage anyone never to use their services. 2 weeks with no Internet while the kids had exams. Over 30 hours on live chat or phonecall. 2 weeks to even call an open reach engineer out. Lied to, not called back. Given fake names of operators . List is endless

@CazRudd Over the years I've realised that with TalkTalk you get what you pay for! Lower prices gives me a mostly reliable service which suits our needs. However email often fails. One of the email addresses I use has stopped working, not sure when but certainly since yesterday morning ..

@ThomW96 @TalkTalk Andy, same reply as last time, contact the customer. Talktalk expects customers to call, spend 7 hours on the phone, only for the complainent to receive a text weeks later saying the complaint is closed. These posts will hopefully help potential talktalk decide to join or not.
