@SingtelSupport no red light. this happened since valorant was not working due to singtel internet issues. my dad even contacted singtel and said they would "upgrade/update" the backend for us but its still the same. my dad has been calling the hotline but its SO difficult to contact you guys...

@scythe_bs @kllerdragonx @riotgames @scythe_bs We understand the frustration this has caused. Please inform us if you encounter login issues with a specific gaming platform and if you are able to browse websites. Also, please try rebooting all of your Singtel equipment to refresh the connection.
