Going to see the Mask and Wig Club's spring folly tonight...A Comedy of Terrors.

Mask and Wig Club, founded in 1889, is the oldest all-male collegiate musical comedy troupe in the US. My nephew is the band leader.

 

When you order a bacon sandwich, and the question "do you want red or brown?" is asked, it's best to not mention to your wife that this question is far more fun when asked about a date than when asked about the sauce in the roll.

 

First Saturday off since before Christmas. Got to spend several hours with the month-old grandson. To quote @snowy: "winning!"

 

As much as I enjoy Seth Rogen's on screen antics, He totally killed the movie the Green Hornet. completely bad casting call on Sony's part.

 

Note: haven't seen the recent film and not much of the show with Bruce Lee
The character works much better in my opinion in the original time period of the source spin-off radio show as the great-nephew of the Lone Ranger.

 

I would agree with that, But the right casting with someone who understands that show's concept and characters. it's completely doable. case in point, Micheal Keaton in the 8O's Batman remake

 

Took a couple mayors out to dinner tonight and suggested a tapas restaurant. One raised her eyebrow at me, "topless restaurant"?

We settled for Ruth Chris Steakhouse.

And what makes 'hotel sex' better than say 'home sex' or 'van sex' or 'swimming pool sex' or 'tent sex' or 'back alley sex' or 'on a bed of circus peanuts sex'?

But I was talking about the Circus Peanuts, you know those orange candy things.

 

Two proactive duis this weekend. One of them was driving the wrong way on a highway for probably ten miles before I got to her. She was more than twice the legal limit.

 

I got through about four pages of that. It was a painful four pages for me. But was 19 at the time, perhaps another shot at it someday. Someday.
