More information about this can be found here: **https://help.tsohost.com/knowledge-base/article/12665** If you are experiencing email issues post this migration, here are some troubleshooting steps you can take: 1. **[Check webmail](https://help.tsohost.com/knowledge-base/article/5113)**: Open webmail, sign in to an email account that is having issues, and then check if you are able to send and receive email using webmail. 2. **[Update your DNS records](https://help.tsohost.com/knowledge-base/article/14273)**: If you have recently migrated your domain to a new server, make sure your DNS records are updated correctly. Check that the MX records point to **[the right mail server](https://help.tsohost.com/knowledge-base/article/11686)**. 3. **[Check your email settings](https://help.tsohost.com/knowledge-base/article/12665#Article%203)**: Make sure your email client (such as Outlook, Apple mail, Thunderbird etc) settings are correct. Double-check your incoming and outgoing mail server settings, username, and password. If you already tried all of the above and your email still doesn't work, contact us for further assistance.

PlannedAt tsoHost we’re committed to maintaining the safety of our servers, so we carry out regular security updates and patches on them. We do this in batches and every server is updated once every three weeks. For consistency, and to minimise any disruption, our experts carry out this essential work outside of standard UK business hours on a Tuesday morning between the hours of 6am and 7am. The work involves a short and routine reboot.
