SKY ROARS MECHANICS
- This program is open to all regular and probationary employees of SKY nationwide, from May 9, 2014 until August 31, 2014
- During the period, employees should familiarize themselves with SKY’s product and services and find new interested customers from their personal contacts.
- Each individual employee must bring in from their successful referrals a revenue of at least P1,495.00 – this may be through any single plan availed, or any combination of multiple SKY services.
- Employees are also to act as personal concierge and frontliner to the customer/s that they get and are expected to extend help to them where they can.
- The plans to be referred are new installs of basic SKYcable and SKYbroadband plans only. Not included are services such as SKYcable Select, additional Digibox of already-existing customer, plan upgrades, and the like.
- An employee can also refer a permanently-disconnected (PD) SKY subscriber as long as the customer had permanently disconnected as of April 30, 2014 (date of program start).
- If the referral is successful (the service is installed), the employee is credited revenue points the equivalent MRR of the plan subscribed by the customer
- In the event that a referred customer churns during the program period, the employee finds a replacement for the customer to still meet his individual revenue target.
- Employees who have already reached P1,495 revenue or higher will be scheduled to be given SKY ROARS Jackets during “Jacketing Ceremonies” held in SKY offices two months after their successful sale.
- There will be regular updates of Divisional and Top Individual performances.
